ABOUT US

Energy Starts with the Land Beneath It

Arcvia is an SMR-focused energy infrastructure developer. We originate, secure, and de-risk sites for Small Modular Reactor deployment across the United States, leading the siting, environmental, regulatory, and interconnection work that determines whether a project gets built. Today, we control a growing portfolio of high-value sites nationwide, positioned for nuclear energy generation, data center co-location, and grid-scale storage.

The next decade of American growth will be constrained not by demand for power, but by the ability to deliver it. The land, the permits, the social license, and the grid connection are the long-lead items; these are the building blocks for powering the future.

OUR MISSION

Make New
Nuclear Buildable

Our mission is to remove the earliest and hardest barriers to new nuclear deployment: site control, licensability, water, and interconnection, and deliver development-ready assets that let utilities, hyperscalers, and large energy consumers move with speed and certainty.

OUR VISION

Firm, Clean Power
Everywhere It’s Needed

We envision an America where clean, reliable energy never holds growth back, where data centers, manufacturers, and communities can count on power around the clock, built on sites the surrounding community welcomes.

WHO WE ARE

We’ve Built the Past.
We’re Delivering the Future.

Developers, engineers, and operators with experience spanning nuclear licensing, land development, power markets, and project finance.
